Hi All,
We are doing the integration between ServiceNow to Jira Board using AI Agents.
Here we are giving the context (some line of text) based on that BRD will generate and based on the BRD we are creating the story and added that story to Jira board but here Story is getting created in ServiceNow but it's not adding to the Jira board.
Note: Here observed that if we create the story manually at that time story got added in the Jira board (here in story table we have a field called External Identifier and this got auto populate with unique id).
If we tried with AI Agent at the time story get created but External field is empty and not adding to the Jira board.
Using "Record operations" tool we are creating the story record.
Please find the screen shot of the story record.
Please anyone provide me the inputs on this one.
