Facing use with workflow

Dear All,

Has anyone faced an issue with attaching a workflow to a request item in ServiceNow? In my case, I am managing a ServiceNow instance where only one specific workflow works correctly. For all other catalog items with different workflows, I receive the error "There are no workflow contexts for this document." I have replicated each step in my personal PDI, and it works as expected there.

Here are the steps I have taken:

  1. Verified that the workflow is attached to the catalog item correctly.
  2. Checked the workflow properties to ensure everything is fine and attached it to the catalog item for reference.
  3. Copied the working workflow and modified it, but the issue persists.
  4. Created a new catalog item and a new workflow, but the same issue persists.
  5. Reviewed the clone history and platform upgrade history but found nothing significant.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue before?

The workflow in question is not complicated and only involves a set value field: begin -> set value -> end. There are a total of 20+ workflows, and only one is working.

I have found the answer for the issue it was not big deal as start workflow Br has been disabled after activating it everything worked as expected.
