Missing Workflo context - There are no workflow contexts for this document

Hi,

My catalog item hanging with Work in progress state and the approval got triggered by workflow.

But now when I try to view the workflow status it is showing the error There are no workflow contexts for this document.

Actual situation, I ordered item via order guide. There are 7 items, all of them got completed but 1 item is hanging with work in progress state.

When I check the workflow status I got this error.

Can anyone help me why I'm not able to see the workflow context?

Note: Request got approved and item also got approved.

Context missing typically could have been:


- wiped off by the Table Cleanup,


- if there was a clone, wf_context could be on the Exclude Tables and is not copied,


- or otherwise something might have gone wrong during submission, would have to check the system logs then
