Hi Experts,

I am new to Discovery and running quick discovery on NetApp storage devices. The IP address I gave is getting classified as "Storage Server" But the cmdb is not populating. And throwing an error as below. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Failed Exploring CI Pattern, Pattern name: <b>NetApp Storage Cluster-Mode</b>, To Check Pattern Log Press <a href="$sw_horizontal_discovery_log.do?discoLogId=024396dedb68bbc4baa9d2984b961976&amp;ipAddress=##.###.###.##&amp;pid=&amp;preExecution=&amp;host_sys_id=&amp;host_name=&amp;patternId=ca48623a9f2b303f2492ec757fcf13&amp;patternName=NetApp Storage Cluster-Mode&amp;patternType=3&amp;isCloud=false"><u><b>Here</b></u></a>

Thanks,

Ben

Can you go to discovery pattern and select NetApp Storage Cluster-Mode. Then go in the identification and select debug mode and give the IP address of the Netapp host. Now see if it passes the first step: Run Netapp query

"vserver-get-iter"

please paste the output here. From here we can troubleshoot further...

Hello PVK,

Can you please help me with this. I had executed what you said above.

Hi @Sridevi Gubbala ,

Did you resolve this error? I am getting same error in NetApp discovery.
