Hi,
I installed the SNC Access Control plugin. After that the developers cannot execute a HealthScan to the Update sets, to continue with the development process.
Is this something expected?
Can I enable something so they can continue doing the scans and continue with the dev process?
Thanks!

As you've locked down your instance to require explicit access to be granted to servicenow users, you need to create an SNC Access Control record that grants the user access. SN personnel should walk you throught this themselves as they have instructions within HealthScan on how to do so.

If SNC Access Control is activated in your target instance, add a snc_access_control record for account instance.scanner
This will allow ServiceNow Healthscan engine to execute the scan in your target instance. If it's still not working, you need to contact your ServiceNow account support.
