Plugins for claims in Insurance module

I have to work on claims procedure in ServiceNow but I am not aware what all plugins should I install for that in my PDI. Also, which all modules should I read to get knowledge on this. Is CSM/ FSO required? Can someone help me with which courses should I take for this and what all plugins should I install?
