Feature to add preconfigured text to Incident, Case and/or Request - Additional Comment field

Hello,

I was sure I'd read about a ServiceNow feature in recent years past where you could configure what was called "Memorized Responses" in our previous ticketing system.  I don't think this is Content Blocks, however I could be incorrect.  Is there some kind of feature where in either CSM, Incident or Request, that repeated same-text responses can be stored and used as needed?
