Fetch Request number to SC TASK form

I need to fetch the Request number to the SC Task form

Hi @Basina Akash 

Within OOTB, there's an available Request field in the Catalog Task [sc_task] table. SoYou can configure its placement on the form or list as needed.

On the SC Task form, Right click on the context menu and configure> Form layout and add the "Request" field from Left to Right Slush bucket:
