fetch Resolution notes from Service Request using REST API

Hello Team,

I am trying to integrate our home grown system with Service Now. In that process, I want to know that how can I fetch the  resolution notes (close notes) of a closed Service Request using a REST API. I have a Service Request number (REQ#######).
