We have some CIs that are created through Azure service graph connector. we observed that some of the operating system values are not similar to the source system. I would like to know where the field mapping happens to understand if the values are being truncated or being normalized or something else..

Hello!
To understand why operating system values from Azure Service Graph differ in your CIs, investigate the field mapping configuration of your connector. Look for how Azure OS attributes are mapped to your CI table fields. Examine any transformation rules, scripts, or normalization processes applied during data import, which might be truncating, normalizing, or mapping values. If using ServiceNow, check Normalization Data Services and IntegrationHub ETL for potential transformations. Reviewing the connector's documentation is key to pinpointing where these value discrepancies originate.

Hi @pardhiv ,
You can check under All > Service Graph Connectors > Azure > Data Sources
Here you can find various data sources. Under appropriate data source, you can check the field mapping.
