Field Mapping using Compound Employee API for SAP SuccessFactors to Servicenow

Hello Everyone!

 

This query revolved around HRSD and Employee Central information which has to be pulled from SuccessFactors to ServiceNow OOTB tables. 

 

Using this as a Help document https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1124068, 
I want to fetch the fields in multiple OOTB the tables like HR Profiles and User (sys_user) table. 

Please suggest what is the correct approach to do the field mapping in these two tables. I have no idea how to fetch the information at my end. Do I need to use SOAP/Rest Integration or is there an easy way to do it? 

 

Please suggest.
