Field missing when exporting to excel, CSV.

Hi folks,

while exporting  list(cmdb_health_result) report from dashboard, description field is missing.

I've admin access, and there is no ACL on that field.

 

and i tried exporting same list from list view, and the field is missing.

 

What could be the reason for this?

Hello Khasim,

 

Please check if Description field is added to List Layout (If not you can add it through update personalized list) / also check the report which is at dashboard level has description field added to it or else you can add it & then check 

attaching image for reference.

What file type are you exporting as? I have found that the file type is important when exporting. Try both CSV and Excel and see if that exports the column.

I am facing the same issue.

 

incident table and attachment table, through the list view if i see 100 records , and then i export this into excel or CSV i get 95 records . I am admin. & this is happening on core table list attachment as well. ?
