Field styles on form and lists do not behave as expected for some users

Even after the user updated the request, the red dot is still visible on the updated field. (refer to the attached screenshot)

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar 

 

At present, the red dot should not be visible on the updated field if the ticket has been updated within the last three days. However, while it doesn't show up for us on the updated field, some users are still seeing the red dot.
