Hi Team,
I am creating an export set to place a file in midserver.
i created export definition and export set. when i clicked on export data, that status got stuck at 66%
it did not even completed also.. and when i checked the export histories - i found the status as "Completed with errors" and error - check connectivity to mid server. Mid server status is up..
why i am getting such error?
when i checked midserver, surprisingly , i found that export folder is not there.. is export folder is default in midserver? or when we eun the export set for the first time , will it create?
please let me know your suggestions.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Bhavani,
Is your mid server windows or linux based?
I think you need to create the parent "export" folder under "agent" directory. For the first time the folder for the export set gets created automatically under export folder.
Example: export folder already present; incident export is happening and incident folder is not present under export then it will create on its own.

Hi Bawiskar,
Thank you for your reply.
My mid server is windows based.
export folder itself is not there in mid server under agent directory.
do i need to create the folder export under agent manually in mid server?
is my understanding correct?
Thanks in advance for your suggestion.

Hi Bhavani,
Yes you need to create that export folder under agent directory.
