Here we go, the scenario is survey will be sent to users once the incident is archived and user submits the survey response. But, due to human errors some users will get back to us to modify/update the value of the their submitted response.
For the above scenario,we are not willing to update the value of completed survey as it seems like process violation or something.We are looking for alternative approach like re-triggering the same survey for the user to complete., is this possible.
we already read about "Allow recipients to retake a survey" but we don't want the survey to be made available for users for a long time. Either user will be allowed to retake on demand or admins need to trigger. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can change the state of the completed survey to 'ready' so it can be taken again. I have created a "Reopen" UI action on the survey instance form so fulfillers can reopen surveys and send link again to customers.

Does this work for Cancelled survey as well? Can I move the survey state from "cancelled" to "ready to take" again? Any help will be highly appreciated.
