Filter My tasks and My Requests on Employee Service Center

Hi,

Currently we are using the esc only for our HRSD module. We have My Request & My tasks bar on the header which shows all the results including the IT portal and other instances.

I want it to just show the HR tasks & HR Requests.

Kindly help me on how can I filter the two tabs to just show HR related tickets.

@Akshay Sood Please refer to the following steps to filter records available in My Request Section.

1. Navigate to Service Catalog>>Catalog Administration >> My Request Filter

Here simply set the Active field to false against those records which you do not wish to see in My Request section.

2. In order to hide non HR Tasks from My Task section, follow these steps. Navigate to Employee Center>>Administration>>To-dos Configuration

2. Deactivate those non HR Records which you do not wish to see in the My Task section.
