Filter on Reports

Hi All,

 

So, I am getting a requirement that I should add filter on the published report so that user who is access the report should be able to filter the just as in excel, but I haven't seen functionality around this in Servicenow. We have tried creating a UI page where we added our report in Iframe, and added a choice option which changes the filter of other report and shows it on the UI page but this approach will not work when multiple users access the report at same time. Is there any workaround for this?

You could try setting up a dashboard with interactive filters to mimic filtering on a spreadsheet.
