filter the configuration item based on the environment

When the environment is chose as prod. It should not display list of configuration item were its evironment is development, others should be show.
to give in variable the filter it has predefined configuration which will be conflicted.
Please let me how to proceed with this.

There is already a reference qualifier used which will be conflicting. I need suggestion if there is any other possible way.

The field is on which table?
You have to create a dictionary override for this field on your table and add the condition of environment to existing condition.
Can you please check if the dictionary override is already present and share us the screenshot.
