Filtering Targeted Communications

We are always grateful for the support of our community.

 

In my project, I want to display the articles created using the Targeted Communication function to users (customers) on the portal.

What we want to achieve here is to set Categories for Publications so that customers can use filters on the portal to narrow down Publications.

Please tell me how to implement this.

I’m not sure if I fully understood your issue. Targeted communication is used to send notifications, not for KB search. Could you please explain a bit more and share some screenshots to help me understand better?
