How to update the Email user label for Publications

Does anyone know how to update the 'Email user label' for Targeted Communications Publications?
Currently it is set to the default ServiceNow SMTP Email user label: 'IT Service Desk'
I need to change this, but ONLY for Publications.
So updating the ServiceNow SMTP Email user label will not provide the solution.
Each time a Publication is sent, a new Notification is created.
According to this KB:

"To override the label as well, please update the "From" and the Reply-To in the notification with the Label <email address"
But since a new Notification for each Publication is created, this is not possible.
Help is greatly appreciated!!
