Hi,
We're fairly new to ServiceNow and are having an internal discussion regarding the best way to manage firewall change requests. Should it be via a request item in the self-service catalog? Should be via creating a new change request record? Should it be via a record producer? What would be the pros and cons of each approach and what would be recommended best practices?
