Fix Error on Portal

Hi all,

when i am opening portal as an admin i can view the submit feedback button that should show a customised survey.

but when i click on the submit feedback button its showing the error.

Error--->"You are either not authorized or record is not valid."

i am not able to find the solution...

can anyone please help me...

Hi @BSP ,

Are you a survey user on that survey. Are the survey instances getting generated. Is there any survey assigned to you?
