Hyperlink should be visible for KB Article record unlike REQ, RITM under 'MY TASK' on esc portal

Hi,
I have a requirement wherein, the approver of the knowledge article should be able to see the hyperlink for KB Record , under 'MY TASKS' on ESC Portal
For this,
I have created a Task Configuration named 'KB' under 'Approvals' To-Do Configuration.
It is generating a hyperlink with name : empty , but when opened it shows a error with 'Knowledge record not found'
I have configured the below details under 'Task Configuration'

Hi @Damayanti Sarod,
in the screenshot where there's the red error message that a KB article doesn't exist - check the URL there should be written the article's sys ID, then check this sys ID and investigate whether the person is expected to see that record.
Or you can use the User criteria diagnostics..
Also, now I don't remember but perhaps an article with different versions - each version might have a different sys ID, not sure about it, check it yourself but something simialr might happened...
