Flow context not opening in operations view, redirects to previous page

Hi, I am looking for some help to troubleshoot flow contexts.

Problem -  I open a flow context, then I click on the button to open the flow execution in Operations view. A new page opens but before the content could load the page is redirected to the previous page.

This is happening only on prod since last 2 weeks. Works fine on sub prod.

Other users are also facing the same. 

There is no error thrown.

I need to monitor a flow but I am unable to see the flow executions. If you have experienced this pls share the steps to resolve this. Please feel free to share any troubleshooting tips for flow context

please raise a case with ServiceNow as you are unable to replicate it in lower instance.
