Flow Deisgner - Group all pc with the same assigned to from a look up records

Hi,

 

We have a requirement to send an email weekly, every friday to managers of users who left the company during the week. The email is to informed them that some computers need to be return.

We want to send an email to manager for each user but all the computers of user need to be list in the same email

 

Table is cmdb_ci_pc_hardware

 

I created a Flow triggered weekly, ever friday

Then i add a Look up records action with the filter to retrieved records i need.

 

Now, before the send email action, but how to group records by assigned to and send one email to the manager with the list of all user's pc ?

create a flow variable and keep on adding all the PCs in this flow variable. 

Then display this flow variable in the email.
