Flow Designer - Actions in Update Sets

Hi all,

We have just recently started working more with the Flow Designer.  One of the issues that we are experiencing is that the actions created within the Flow Designer DO NOT appear to be capturing in our update sets.  Has anyone else experience this issue?  Any suggestions on how to move actions from one instance to another if they will not capture in an update set?

Thanks all. 

I have an update, it appears to specifically be actions with SQL statements for something called the Forge which I believe is a Microsoft product.  For example, one action is a SQL statement to the Forge to create an account.  These specific actions aren't capturing.  

Does anyone know the the table name where actions are stored.  Maybe we could just export/import them versus having to build/add in each instance.
