Flow Designer Approval

Hi Experts,

I am building a new flow designer for approval once I get the list of users I need to push them to a list collector field in the form. I have achieved till this.

I want to get the approval from anyone of the users in the list.

Hi @Jake Adams 
You can use scripted approval rule to meet your requirement.

"ApprovesAnyU[<comma separated user sys_ids>]" OR You can directly add list collecor data pill in the approval rule.

Hi,

Now I have the list of users from 'Look up Records' and able to push them to approval as you have mentioned using the 'Ask for approval' Action.

Now the problem is in the backend the Change must be approved by the Assignment group first. Once I move the change to Access these Users are added to the Approval list along with the Assignment group. Once I complete the group approval these user approvals are also getting completed.

If you have already looked up all the user records, did you add it in anyone approves ? 

Use this data pill picker to use the look up records of all users which you added in list collector.
