Flow Designer Diagramming View Not Available

I have started getting this message when one of my Flows is loaded into Flow Designer.

I'm not sure what is causing this message. Or how I might have
constructed my flow in order to trigger this behavior. 

I'm also getting this message:

I didn't think it was possible to put the Flow Designer into a state where parts of it stopped working.

Are there patterns I should avoid in Flow Designer?

Look like it is Known issue for fee OOTB Flow the diagram view is not available. Could you please let me know which flow you are accessing.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  Hi Atul - this is for a Service Request Item Flow that has been customised for our own usage, so not the OOTB flow, but a customised version.
