Flow Designer does not get cancelled when the catalog task is closed incomplete

I am using flow designer to parallelly generate tasks, 

if the task from 1st group is set to - Closed Incomplete, then all the currently opened tasks should be closed as well as flow should get cancelled.

this is not happening with my case .
