Hi,
I am trying to move forward using Flow Designer to ingest inbound emails. its pretty straight forward, but I notice that when I want to capture the body or body text, and populate in Description of an incident its always blank.
What could be the issue? (the Description of the incident record is HTML, can it be an issue?)
PS. with Inbound Action, I have no problem.
The Other issue is when the email pcessed and an incident created, unlike the inbound action, I do not see the Target field is populated with the number of incident (The record that was created or updated by this email)!

- To Map Body to description, Use Body Text from the Trigger and map it as below
- You have to use 'Associate Record to Email' Action to link the target record on the email.

Hi Rohila,
that sounds interesting but I cannot find this flow on my instances.
I found out that I can grab the Body text but Body is empty!

You could trying using the "Parse Email Flow Action" from Share: https://developer.servicenow.com/connect.do#!/share/contents/8408077_parse_email_flow_action?v=2.4&t...
