Hi,
We have integrated our ServiceNow with Azure AD, In flow we used OOB Actions like lookup users, add user to group, so in one of the OOB action we are getting this log
"Flow Designer: Error extracting request metadata: java.io.IOException: JSONObject["value"] not found"
can you please help us to resolve this issue.
Thanks,
Asish

Did you ever figure out what was causing this error? I just reinstalled the Entra ID and Teams Graph spokes into sub-prod after upgrading to Xanadu, and now I'm getting this, too.
Thanks,
Kristen

Hi @Asish17 , did you ever figure this out? We're receiving the same error after upgrading to Xanadu and updating our spoke plugins.
Thanks,
Kristen

Hi @Kristen Dettman
did you manage to get rid of this error ?
I encounter the same issue with Teams Graph spoke and I cannot understand why this error suddenly appeared.
Thanks
Jonathan

Oh gosh, this was so long ago I'm trying to remember the specifics. We did fix it. I believe it was related to a Flow action using the Teams Graph Spoke plugin that was looking for a User by passing in an email, and since we use UserID and not email as the unique identifier in our org, I had to pass that in instead and it worked. Why it wasn't an issue before upgrading, I have no clue; something must have changed in the plugin.
Sorry I can't help more!

Hi Kristen,
No worries, we'll continue our investigations. Thanks anyway, because you've provided a lead with this mail/userid thing (although in our case, it works for some users and not for others, so we probably need to understand what the difference is between these users).
Have a nice day.
Jonathan
