Unable to create any flow or action in PDI with the following error. Any suggestions on this would be very helpful. Thanks in advance

Hi @pujaray7196 ,
What type of error you are encountering, it would we better if you could paste a screenshot.
The roles to be included for user record: flow_operator, flow_write_enabled in order to create the flows and editing the flows.

Go to plugins -> search for 'Flow Designer - Designer' and make sure it is updated to latest version. Clear cache and execute gs.invalidateCache(); using scripts background.
Logout and login and try again. If it does not work, repair the plugin and try.

You didn’t mention what error you are getting, and without that it’s difficult to identify the solution. But since this is a PDI, here are a few things you can try:

Try repairing the Flow Designer plugin.

If the issue is still there, release the instance and take a new one.
-
It might also be a cache issue, so clear cache (cache.do).
