Flow designer flow is not working

Hi,

I have created a flow designer for one particular catalog item. but once i raise a ticket from the portal that flow is not working. but once I test the flow that particular RITM record from the test flow its working.

But I want to be work from the portal too.

Can anyone please help on this. It will be usefull.

Need to check the flow context and see where it stuck and then need to find the reason.
