Flow designer flow is not working

Hi,
I have created a flow designer for one particular catalog item. but once i raise a ticket from the portal that flow is not working. but once I test the flow that particular RITM record from the test flow its working.
But I want to be work from the portal too.
Can anyone please help on this. It will be usefull.

Not 100% sure, but If the condition says closed complete, can you try with state change to instead of is.

My bad, i thought change to available. What I am suspecting, that by the time this step execute the value of change task is still not saved and condition fail. Try to add wait condition for 10 sec before if and then try to test the flow.
