Flow Designer | Foreach loop not working as expected

Hi, I'm new to ServiceNow Flow Designer, and I'm encountering an issue with a foreach loop. In an action involving PowerShell and JavaScript, I've formatted a value and stored it in a variable as an array of strings. I'm using this variable as input for the foreach loop. During the first iteration, I'm getting the expected result, but during the second iteration, my actions are not running, and no errors are being reported. What could be causing this issue?
