Flow Designer: Log Description changes in Activity Stream

Is there any way to log description changes to the Activity Stream?   If a user requested item is spelled incorrectly and an admin changes it, I would like to log the change in the Activity Stream for configuration management purposes.   There seems to be a lack of configuration management on the Description field in general.

There is a "Configure available fields" link that will let you add and remove fields it displays.
