Hi experts,
When create a Standard Change from an Incident, I want to copy some fields from Incident to Change (such as Service, Configuration item, ...). I tried using Flow Designer triggered when a Change Request with Model = Standard is created, but the flow got an error "No record found" and stopped at Look up record.
My Look up is record configuration is as below:
- Table: Incident [incident]
- Condition: State - is not one of - Closed/Canceled AND Change Request - is - Trigger Record > Change Request record
I don't know what's wrong with my condition. Please help.
