Flow Designer not triggering for few users.

Hello team,

We have created a flow for catalog item for approval and fulfillment. We have encountered one issue that for few users the flow is not getting triggered for some reason where for most of the users it is working perfectly file. Request you to please provide some solution on this. Attaching screenshots for your reference. 

Table affected: sc_req_item.

As you can see here Requested for field is empty, hence the flow is not getting triggered.

Thanks, can you open the 2 action - Update Request Record, and post a screenshot of that, Just want to see if anything stands out
