Hi Developer,
I have created a flow designer to be triggered by a Service Catalog, for some reason my flow is not triggering. Can you please assist me find the issue with this flow? Please see the flow configurations below:

Did you connect the Flow to the Catalog item?
Do you get any errors or similar in the logs?

Have you configured the Flow in the catalog item under process Engine tab like SS -

Hi @OlaN,
I have connected of course.
What log should I lookout for on logs? I doubt if it produces errors I have manually tested the flow using the test button top right corner.

The image you added show only that you use correct catalog item to get the variables inside your Flow.
What I meant was the same as nayanawadhiya1 pasted in his response, to make sure that the Flow is connected to the Catalog item in the Processing Engine tab.
I was thinking of the system logs, and/or the flow logs (flow logs will only be available if the flow actually triggers, so in this case the system logs might give some more answers).
