I create a workflow using Flow designer to create a catalog item in a private scope. The problem that I am having is that the "stage" field in the RITM (Catalog item) does not have any value in the stage field. Is there anything that I can do to get the stage values display? Would like to know how to fix this problem so that I can see the stage values. (Refer to attachments for additional information).
Your feedback and guidance appreciated.

Hi Luis,
Select the appropriate stage in respective workflow activity. Open necessary catalog item workflow in workflow editor & then Open the necessary activity & set stage .
Also, read though this article which i have found to understand When to use Flow Designer vs Workflow Editor to understand the concepts better.
Mark Correct & Helpful, if applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep
