Hi,
I can no longer see the option to set the flow designer action state to error, normally it is right next to the add a stage button but not anymore.
The flow already contains an error state , but I cant set any more.
Please can someone advise how I can add the above.

1) When was the last time it worked fine
As per Paris it has the documentation

Hello, I figured it out, by looking at the doc you sent.
- The Error can only be set within a stage. When an Error condition is reached, the current stage is set to Error.
So i set a stage at the top and then within that was able to set error stage
