To remove null stage entries from custom Flow Designer stages that are not defined in the stage configuration or Workflow Stages list:

  • Open your flow or subflow in Workflow Studio.
  • Click on "Flow stages" to view the list of configured stages.
  • Review the stages listed. If you see any null or undesired stages, select them and remove them from the list.
  • Ensure that only the stages you have defined in the stage configuration or imported from the Stage Sets table are present.
  • Reorder the stages as needed so they display correctly in the stage field.
  • Avoid manually updating stage fields outside of flows or subflows, as this can cause unexpected results. Always manage stages through the Flow Designer interface for consistency and to prevent null entries
