Hello! I've created a flow designer that should ask the approval of people and then update the record. The problem is, whenever I make a request at the portal, instead of being 'requested' it is always as 'no longer required'. I've tried everything and rebuilt the flow designer about a thousand times. What can I do to solve that problem?

Hi @AmaliaP
What is the state of the record when the approval task is being created ? I suspect that a business rule is overriding the Ask for Approval action and making the state as No Longer Required. You can enable business rule debugger and see the culprit in action.
Thanks and Regards
