When using flow designer trigger conditions..
The conditions works when the first condition is by itself.
When the second condition is added it no longer triggers when the record is created.
The second condition is a dot walk to the actual email user reference record and the condition builder allows me to choose myself.

HI @Manny11 ,
1)I would check if user id is not empty for the email thats referring to the attachment
2)i would remove the second condition and try to log the email user id in the flow
and check the flow context to see if it matches user id in the email and your sys_id.
Thank you,
