Hello,
I'm wanting to trigger a Flow when a field changes (customer_contact.active changes to true). Is this is no longer an option in Flow Designer or am I missing something? Anyone have additional info on this? FWIW, we're on Tokyo 4b.
Flow Designer Trigger:
Figure I can create an Update BR with the condition 'active changes to true' and call the flow from there, if need be.
BR:
Thanks!
Aaron

Prior to creating the case to ServiceNow Support, I wanted to verify a few things. Long story short, seems that just the single flow I've been working with doesn't have the field changes condition available. No idea why. But, I don't think I'll pursue this further and will instead just recreate the flow. 😂

I upgraded the PDI to Utah patch 1 and field change is still available as a condition. I installed CSM to verify that's available with the customer_contact table and it is. Looks like I'll be creating a case to ServiceNow Support.

Just adding in case anyone comes across this in future like I did 🙂
I had this exact issue (Washington Patch 4) and turns out I just had to add the condition with a different option, save it, re-open the flow and then the changes/to/from options were available.
Once I did that, any new conditions I added afterwards had the changes/to/from options available as well!
