Flow Designer Variable Date/Time

In the flow designer I need wait for condition that  if variable 'planed start date' is change.

the state is change?

You can use the Wait for Condition ACtion for the same

i see your challengenow.

I believe you are doing this on a variable after the record is created, I'd say it will be easier to do this in business rule than flow designer
