Flow Designer vs Workflow

Hi all,

 

Do we have to convert our old workflows to Flow Designer? Is there any risk/issues if we do not covert the workflows to Flow Designer? We have a Customer who is of the opinion that the old workflows do not need to be converted?

I don't there is a need to convert the old workflows to Flow designer. As ServiceNow suggests, only if you are creating a new product, then you can use flow designer. Otherwise, there is no need to convert the old workflows to Flow designer. Below is one of the document you can refer from ServiceNow.
