Flow Designer

I have a catalog item. In that I want to take mentor field value and populate it in another task table's reviewer field while creating the task through flow designer. I am giving update record action for update task record fields after auto creation of task record(like In reviewer field the mentor value should populate).

After testing the flow, In testing details it is generating the desired values but in task record the reviewer value is not showing, it is still blank. How to solve it please guide me.

The first thing I would check is whether your Flow running as the user who initiated the Flow or the System Admin user. If it's the user who initiated the Flow then they might not have the permissions necessary to populate the desired field on your Task table. Could share some screenshots of your Flow and how it is configured, please?

As a System Administrator The flow is running.
