Specific Field in Work order form not visible by other users.

I have created a work order form and one of the fields only the admins like me can see. How do i fix it to where other users can see this field as well?

Try leveraging ACLs in this case:

 

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-platform-security/page/administer/contextual-security/t...

 

And make sure to check if there is any other rule so you don't overlap and get conflicts.

Many other people can see it except him. Non admins are able to see it as well. I dont think ACL is the issue.

Try to active this:

Impersonate the user and check which level of access is restricting him to view the field.
