Hi All,
I have created a new catalog item where the Process engine is Flow designer. Once the Task is closed, RITM is getting closed complete but the approval is showing as rejected at the RITM level.
I am not sure why it is setting the approval as rejected.
Thanks,
Rooma

Hi @roomawakar ,
Check whether you have any BR that updates this field.
Thank you,

Hi @roomawakar
Logically, if the RITM gets rejected, the task should not be created. This means you may have missed setting the stages in the flow properly. When approval is rejected, the RITM must be closed or completed.

@Dr Atul G- LNG When the approval gets rejected, the RITM gets closed incomplete. RITM will only get closed/closed complete when the task gets closed.

Sorry, my bad. Could you please open this RITM approval and check if the request was approved earlier? I think the field you’re referring to is not the same as the approval one, but I might be wrong.
